Poor customer service. Lack of communication between salesman,and office staff and customer.
I wanted to review them as a professional to another professional. I have had the pleasure of working with Martin and his staff like I said for about the past five years and they have never been late to a meeting or failed to call me when they said they would which in this day and age is very rare.
I am writing this review as a professional review. I have worked with Mike's Roofing on and number on projects over the past 5 years. I have never had the need for any of their services in that time but trust me if I did they wold be the only roofing company I would call. I can not speak on their work first hand but I have talked to a number of their former clients and I have never heard a bad thing about the quality of their work or their customer service.
I hope this helps anyone looking to work with an honest and punctual roofing company in Ohio. These guys are professions trust me I have worked with tons of roofing companies and they are by far the best I have ever seen.
I have had them work on two of my homes. One was a partial roof and the other was a full roof. The estimate, the time to get to the job, the work itself and the cleanup was a great job. The work looked good and the yard was left better after the work than before. They will be called for my next project. Hope I never need them but if I do Mikes Roofing will be the company I call.
Salesman was disrespectful.
